Short description of the event: 
In collaboration with the Lighthouse Career Café, a division of Erasmus University's Alumni office, this workshop gave students professional advice on how to adapt to the Dutch job market, which is known for its competitive dynamic, as well as testimonies from alumni of Erasmus University about their journey from being an international student to skilled workers in local and foreign companies with operations in the Netherlands.

This exercise has proven to be quite effective in that it gave students the tools they needed to make the transition from a successful academic career to a well-prepared, career route. The first phase of this program quickly sold out when it was advertised on the main social media platforms, with 100 Erasmus University students participating. The event's engaging nature gave the intended audience the best chance to have their issues regarding the Dutch job-seeking community addressed.
