"Rita is 28 and comes from the coast of Portugal. She has a bachelor's in Political Science and International Relations and a Master's in Public Policy. Rita did her Erasmus in Leuven, Belgium, and worked at the United States Embassy in Lisbon in 2018 and in the Political Observatory in the Association for Political Studies and Scientifical Research in 2020. She joined ESN in 2018 when she moved to Lisbon to start her master's. She held several positions in the network, such as President of Portugal and Liaison Officer for Inclusive Mobility. As president, she is responsible for the general coordination of the organisation, external relations, policy, and advocacy. Her main priorities include increasing participation in learning mobility and fostering civic engagement and participation of young people through Erasmus."

"Kaja is 27 years old and comes from Szczecin, Poland. With a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and master’s degree in HR Management, she had the opportunity to experience two Erasmus+ student exchanges in Madrid and Prague. She joined her local ESN section in 2019 and has since been actively involved at the local, national, and international levels of the organisation. Previously, she led ESN Poland as President and administered statutory procedures of ESN’s International General Assembly as General Assembly Chair. As the Vice President for Governance, Kaja coordinates the internal operating procedures of ESN, oversees the performance of its various support structures, provides support to the national organisations by ensuring their sustainability, and handles the matters of membership in the organisation."

"Anja is 28 years old and comes from Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. She has a bachelor's degree in Textile Chemistry from the University of Zagreb. Anja joined ESN in 2019 and has since been involved in supporting and improving volunteer engagement and development on local, national and international levels of ESN through various positions and initiatives. As the Vice President for Development, Anja focuses on designing and implementing learning processes and competence development initiatives. She also oversees non-statutory events and manages network care and development. Additionally, Anja works on the recognition and validation of volunteer work. Her main goal is to create a supportive environment that helps volunteers grow personally and professionally, enabling them to positively impact the experience of international students during their mobility."

"Rui is 25 years old and comes from Penafiel, a city in northern Portugal. He has a bachelor's degree in Economics and he's enrolled in a master's degree in Political Economy. He joined ESN in 2020 after his mobility period in Bucharest, Romania, assuming the role of Treasurer of ESN Porto for one year and ESN Portugal for two years. As Treasurer, he is responsible for managing the organisation's financial resources and developing and managing ESN's products and services, such as the ESNcard. His main priority is the development of services and partnerships to better support international students."

"Lina is a 25 year-old born and raised on the coast of Croatia. While her formal education ended up being in Cultural Studies, through which she experienced an Erasmus+ exchange in Prague, her volunteering experiences since middle school led her to joining ESN in 2019. She has always been keen on photography, writing, and social media, however, only through ESN she discovered her true passion for communications. After spending two years as the Communication Manager of ESN Croatia, she moved to Brussels to join the Headquarters of ESN as the Communications Assistant through European Solidarity Corps. Now, she holds the position of the Communication Manager, safeguarding the brand of ESN and representing the voice of the Erasmus Generation."

"Darwyn is 28 years old Belgian born in Sint-Niklaas. He has a bachelor's in computer sciences from College Vives in Kortrijk. Combining his passion for IT and his interest in the world, he joined ESN in 2015. He was WPA of ESN Belgium for two years and IT Community manager for two years in ESN International. As Web Project Administrator, he is responsible for managing of all the websites and IT infrastructure. Darwyn is also responsible for pushing the transformation in the digitalisation of ESN and the Erasmus+ projects. His main goals include a streamlined digital experience for mobility and making participation in mobility easy as the click of a button."

International Board 2024/2025
The International Board of Erasmus Student Network consists of six elected board members for a mandate of one year. The six board members cover the following positions: President, Vice President for Governance, Vice President for Development, Treasurer, Communication Manager, and Web Project Administrator.
