Compass

International mobility is an essential step of the personal and academic journey of students. Opportunities to experience studying or an internship abroad are multiplying, but for those without the same access and opportunities, understanding and choosing mobility becomes a complex situation and an obstacle.

The primary aim of the Compass project is to improve the Erasmus+ experience and the international mobility paths of students through access to quality information and support during its initial phase. The objectives are to improve the support preparation using an online matching tool for students ready to go on mobility, to continue improving the internationalisation by promoting dialogue, open-mindedness and mutual understanding,  to strengthen the supporting structures (institutions and associations) and help them further develop their practices by creating shared tools based on the analysis of the needs and expectations of the students and stakeholders, and finally, to strengthen the cooperation between the higher education institutions and the international student associations.

The project is running from 2020 for a period of three years.
