This form is to notify the Arbitration Board (AB) that an incident has occurred which violates ESN's Code of Conduct (CoC). It may also be used for any other issue you wish to bring to the AB's attention.  

Incidents that occur during an ESN International event should also be reported to the event's point of contact (Safety Team, Chairing Team, and/or Organising Committee).

This report will be sent to the three members of the AB: 

and the President ([email protected]) of ESN International.

If your report concerns an AB member's conduct, please contact [email protected].

You may make a report relating to any event, meeting, or other interaction with an ESN context. No one whose name you give in this report will be contacted unless we have your express permission to do so.

 

No information in this section is marked as required in order to allow volunteers to report anonymously if necessary.

However, please note that according to ESN's Internal Rules (formerly Standing Orders), Article 29.1.1, "[in order to initiate the arbitration or mediation procedure] the request must contain at least an indication of the parties and the subject of the dispute." This means that without your name and contact details, we will not be able to trigger a procedure.

All information given through this form is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of the Arbitration Board without your permission. ESN's Code of Conduct also has an anti-retaliation policy (5.1.4), any retaliatory behaviour against someone who makes a report in good faith will be subject to sanction.
