ESN engages with thousands of mobile, educated, and highly motivated students all around Europe. We can offer your company or organisation access to this unique customer basebranding, visibility and affiliation with our pan-European student organisation and also the opportunity to attract a future workforce of internationally minded young, skilled professionals.

ESN offers flexible and customisable partnership agreements that will fit with your company’s aims, culture and practices.

Why work with ESN?

  • A link to the international students

Our international aim is to offer services to our sections that they can provide to the students that they represent. Our sections aim to provide a smooth transition and integration into the host country for thee students by proposing various activities and offering services to them for their period studying abroad.

  • A new image for your company

Being a partner of ESN demonstrates your involvement in the future of Europe and in the youth of Europe. Supporting ESN is an expression of interest in the possibilities of young people and the added value they bring with them after a successful mobility period. Providing financial, professional or tangible support for the daily activities of a volunteer student organisation likewise creates a positive public image for your company and brings social recognition and a long-term professional reputation for your brand.

  • Offer unique services to our members

The ESNcard project, launched in 2004, aims to create an international student card for all exchange students and ESN volunteers. The ESNcard gives students the possibility to benefit from unique partnerships, offers and discounts on the local, national and international level. In 2012, ESN created a website for all ESNcard holders and students to access discounts and deals offered by partners of ESN. ESNcard.org is a search engine that gathers almost 2.000 discounts from international, national and local deals around Europe.

In 2016, there were 140.000 ESNcards distributed  to students around Europe. The ESNcard is used by over 500+ ESN sections in 40 countries. Furthermore, the website is a membership database for all 140.000 ESNcard holders. You can see the website at the following address: ESNcard.org

What do we look for in a partner?

ESN is looking for partners that are international in their outlook, scope and operations. We would like to cooperate with companies and organisations that see value in having international, multicultural and multilingual teams working together, much like ESN. Furthermore, we are looking for partners that wish to support the work of ESN and thus, international mobility, educational exchange and intercultural dialogue

Successful partnerships

Since 2012, ESN has been successfully cooperating with different partners, such as StudentUniverse offering exclusively discounted rates for students from major airlines; Uniplaces, offering accomodation with a special promotion in over 30.000 rooms; or discounts in hotels all over the world with Hostelling International.

We also work with other partners as HotelsCombined, the world’s leading hotel comparison website; The Economist, which offers authoritative insight and opinion on international news, politics, business, finance, science, technology and the connections between them; Ultimate Ears, a custom in-ear monitor, speaker, and earphone manufacturer; Jnuine, a free mobile app that lets you gather all the unforgettable photos of your journey abroad in real-time with your friends; and Logitech, which designs personal devices to help people enjoy a better experience with the digital world.
