Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a non-for-profit international student organisation. Our mission is to foster student mobility in Higher Education under the principle of Students Helping Students.
We are 10.000 members from 240 local sections in 31 countries working on a volunteer base in Higher Education Institutions. We are offering services to 150.000 students.
Our Headquarters is in Brussels, at 98 Rue du Trône. We are registered in Belgium as an international NGO (AISBL).

20 Years of Erasmus Conference - 100 applications in one week!We are surprised by the great popularity of this event. Having reached the number of 100 applications in one week, demonstrates the will of students and stakeholders in Europe of taking part in the evaluation of the Erasmus Programme and provide suggestions for the launch of the new Long Life Learning.

XX Anniversary of Erasmus Opening ConferenceIn the year 2007, ESN will celebrate the 20 Years of Erasmus Programme. To start the celebrations, on the 18th of January the Opening Conference will take in Brussels, hosted by Committee of Regions. ESN selected for the Accompanying Measures grant under SocratesOut of tens of applications, only six were approved by the European Commission for the Erasmus/Jean Monnet Unit. ESN project "The experience of Studying Abroad for Exchange Students in Europe" has been one of these. More information is coming on this website.
